Pricing

Pricing options for different property portfolios

Choose between graduated per-unit pricing or a platform fee with a lower unit cost. Both options are designed around active managed units, so pricing scales with the size of your property portfolio.

Questions

Pricing FAQs

What is the difference between the two pricing models?

Graduated Per-Unit Pricing charges different unit ranges at different per-unit rates. Platform Fee + Per-Unit Pricing charges a fixed platform fee plus a lower per-unit fee for every active managed unit.

Which pricing model should I choose?

Graduated Per-Unit Pricing is usually better for smaller portfolios or teams that prefer no fixed platform fee. Platform Fee + Per-Unit Pricing is usually stronger for growing portfolios, especially around 25 active units and above.

What counts as an active managed unit?

Occupied and vacant units count as active managed units. Archived, deactivated, and deleted units do not count.

Is yearly billing available?

Yes. For Graduated Per-Unit Pricing, the yearly amount is calculated as the monthly graduated amount multiplied by 10. For Platform Fee + Per-Unit Pricing, yearly billing is SAR 1,490 plus SAR 60 per active unit.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT. If VAT applies, it is added after the base subscription amount and after any approved discount is applied.

What happens above 200 units?

Portfolios above 200 active managed units are reviewed under Enterprise pricing so we can understand the portfolio size, onboarding needs, workflows, reporting requirements, and support expectations.
