Pricing options for different property portfolios
Choose between graduated per-unit pricing or a platform fee with a lower unit cost. Both options are designed around active managed units, so pricing scales with the size of your property portfolio.
For 50 active units renting at SAR 50,000 per unit annually, both pricing models stay well below 0.5% of annual rent.
Example uses 50 units × SAR 50,000 annual rent per unit. Prices exclude VAT.
Choose the structure that fits your portfolio
Marafiqy now supports two standard pricing models up to 200 active managed units. Larger portfolios can be reviewed under Enterprise pricing.
Graduated Per-Unit Pricing
Best for teams that prefer a pure per-unit model with no fixed platform fee.
- Monthly billing based on active managed units
- Yearly amount = monthly graduated amount × 10
- Occupied and vacant units count
- Archived, deactivated, and deleted units do not count
- Good for smaller or variable portfolios
Platform Fee + Per-Unit Pricing
Best for growing portfolios that want a lower per-unit cost with a fixed base platform fee.
- Simple fixed platform fee
- Lower per-unit cost
- Often stronger for portfolios around 25+ units
- Monthly or yearly billing available
- Suitable for scaling portfolios
Enterprise
For larger portfolios, special requirements, onboarding support, custom workflows, and advanced reporting needs.
- For portfolios above 200 active units
- Custom pricing discussion
- Team onboarding support
- Workflow and reporting review
- Operational support planning
- Suitable for larger property teams

Small software cost, clearer operating control
For a 50-unit portfolio with SAR 50,000 annual rent per unit, the annual rental value is SAR 2,500,000. In that example, Marafiqy’s yearly cost is approximately 0.18% to 0.21% depending on the selected model.
